Congratulations, and thank you for supporting our company! Younger Homes has made the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in America! Appearing on the Inc. 5000 is one of the highest honors a growing company can receive, and our team ranked No. 734. That is in the top .07% of companies among all industries nationwide!

The Inc. 5000 is the most prestigious list in business. Making the Inc. 5000 list has been the single most recognized hallmark of entrepreneurial growth and operational excellence for nearly four decades. When Jesse + I decided to leave corporate America and start a sustainable home building company in 2018, the Inc. 5000 list was on our radar, and we could only hope to be a part of it. 2022 was the first year Younger Homes was eligible to apply, so we decided to give it a shot, and here we are, celebrating in the top 1,000 on the list! A list that has seen companies like Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other successful companies. It truly is an honor to share this list with companies making a positive impact in their communities by solving problems, creating jobs, and ultimately building America!

Of course, success comes with many definitions, but for us today, it is the humble honor of being listed among the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies in America, and bringing it even closer to home, among all industries ranking No. 27 in Austin and No. 60 in the state of Texas!

What stands out about being on this list in 2022 are the statistics were collected from 2018 through 2021. That's right; this includes data during COVID and post-COVID. Many of you know that 2020 and 2021 were excruciating years for businesses, especially those in the construction industry, from supply shortages, astronomical cost increases, labor shortages, and the complete shut down of construction sites (yes, we had police lights present on a foundation pour in 2020 - ask us about it sometime if you want to hear a good story). It is humbling to lead our team and trade partners through the storm and watch them persevere through the uncertainty. We are just so proud of them! We are also grateful for our grace-filled clients who stuck beside us, trusted us, and believed we could deliver their dream homes. Thank you!
